2013 CFDA Nominations:

Mary-Kate Olsen, Nadja Swarovski, Vera Wang, Diane von Furstenberg, Ashley Olsen

On Friday night the nominations for the 2013 CFDA Awards was announced by Diane von Furstenberg and Nadja Swarovsk. The CFDA's CEO Steven Kolb's spoke of the influence of the prestigious awards at the event saying “The CFDA Fashion Awards celebrate American design talent and the influence our industry has across the globe [and] this year’s nominees and honorees represent the best and most creative talent of the past year as determined by a Guild of their peers.” The event was held at the CFDA's new office in Noho where members and past winner's gathered to hear who is up for this year's prestigious awards.
