The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's Royal Tour Down Under:

The  Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's itinerary of their upcoming royal tour of New Zealand and Australia  has officially been released. The royal tour will commence in New Zealand on April 7th, ending in Australia on April 25th.

There is a huge feeling of excitement surrounding the royal's visit, as this is their first official visit with their 8 month old son Prince George. 'The tour has been designed with Prince George's consideration and comfort in mind" said Miguel Head, the royal couple's private secretary.

The public will only been given six glimpses of Prince George throughout the 3 week trip, including the same iconic location as his father Prince William, with a photo call at Government House in Wellington on April 9th.

The couple will be based in Wellington for the majority of their trip to New Zealand and will travel around the country visting a local hospice Rainbow Place, the Royal New Zealand Air Force, War Memorials, and competing in a yacht race on his and her boats in Auckland's viaduct harbour.

The Duchess wearing Canadian-born designer, Erdem on her royal tour of Canada

All eyes will be on the Duchess, who is reported to have 32 wardrobe changes throughout the trip. The Duchess will not have a fashion adviser on the trip, however, her hair dresser Amanda Cook Tucker will be on call throughout the tour. Fashion insiders expect the Duchess to wear international designer's such as Alexander McQueen, Jenny Packham, Emilia Wickstead and Alice Temperley, as well as her trusted high street favourites including LK Bennett, Reiss and Zara. The Duchess is always very thoughtful when selecting outfits for royal tours, seen wearing Canadian-born designer Erdem on her royal tour to Canada in 2011. So it is more than likely that she will wear a leading New Zealand designer on her trip, choosing from the likes of Trelise Cooper, Karen Walker and Helen Cherry.

I for one cannot wait for the Duke and Duchess's royal tour, as you all know I am an avid Kate fan, and hope to spot her in Auckland's viaduct harbour.
